Next, we will provide you with a quote for the project based on material, time, and operating expense.

The following step would be YOUR approval of the quote. The process cannot continue until the quote is accepted.

• After you have reviewed the quote the next step is to approve the quote. This is where you can adjust the quantity of your purchase, select or deselect any items you might want to add/delete and where you can also see the artwork that was provided by you.

We will then provide a proof or mock-up of the project. This is to ensure that we understand what you are wanting.

• The next step is to make sure the artwork is correct as you have requested to be printed. In this step, you will need to make sure spelling, grammar, and the information is stated correctly.

• This step is especially important if Two Minds Group has designed this for you. We want to make sure that we are providing you with the most updated file.

The following step would be YOUR approval of the proof. The project will NOT move into pre-production until the proof/quote is accepted.

• After you have reviewed the proof and checked to make sure spelling, grammar, and the information is stated correctly and you feel the project is complete and ready to move to pre-production you can accept the proof/quote.

Payment is needed for production to begin. Depending on the size of the project payment arrangements may be modified.

• Payment is needed before we can begin production. Once the payment is accepted you are one step closer to receiving your product.

• We accept check, cash, card or Online payment. If you decided to pay with a card there is a 3% convenience fee. This fee will be waived if the invoice is paid via cash or check.

• If you are a non-profit or have a resellers certificate, please email your form to sales@2minds.biz and we will waive the tax on your order.
